The Foundation for Research and Technology - Hellas (FORTH) is a research center in Greece reporting to theĀ  General Secretariat for Research and Technology of theĀ  Ministry of Development and Investments.FORTH conducts specialized scientific research in strategic high-added value sectors, focusing on interdisciplinary research and development (R&D) activities in areas of major scientific, societal and economic interest. FORTH is compliant with all legal procedures in respect of personal data processing, as set out in the applicable European and national law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU/2016/679).

The overall objective of FUTUREPROOF is to use foresight and scenario planning methodologies to co-develop novel innovation services for SMEs.

The purpose of the FUTUREPROOF Gremlin platform is to collect and analyse information regarding trends having an impact on the future of the innovation ecosystem. We collect and further process only personal data that is strictly necessary to fulfil the purpose of our research. Personal data will be retained only for the lifetime of the project and deleted after the project has ended.

All necessary and adequate measures will be taken to ensure the security of data collected. The FUTUREPROOF project assures you that any data you provide will be kept strictly confidential. Your data will be accessed and processed by authorized researchers and developers from the consortium partners and the European Commission, to the extent that is necessary for the purposes of the FUTUREPROOF project. Participants are free without negative consequences, to decline to take part or withdraw consents and participation to the research without providing an explanation at any time up until the end of the project. If participants choose to withdraw any data collected will be destroyed.

Participants have the right to access to data related to them that are collected and processed in the context and for the purposes of the project. Participants have the right to request information, access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten) of their personal data or restriction of processing of personal data or to object to further processing as well as the right to lodge a complaint to the competent Data Protection Authority.
