In particular, Owiwi uses gamification to enhance the recruitment experience, turning it into an immersive jouney. Candidates play through a game of compelling choices that reveal the key traits of their character, the soft skills that often lie dormant, waiting to be revealed. The company estimates that this process can lead to 50% fewer interviews required and to 35% less time needed to screen CVs, among improvements in other critical key performance indicators.
